Will the "Leastern" Conference Produce the Worst NBA Finalist Ever?
The NBA's Eastern Conference standings look more out of whack than the Bizarro character from the Superman comic books. The vast majority of the teams are below .500, including the entire Atlantic Division. By rule, eight Eastern Conference teams will qualify for postseason play and one of them will participate in the NBA Finals. Could a sub-.500 team end up in the Finals this year?
